What is a Full Body Skin Exam?

A full body skin exam allows the provider to evaluate your skin from head to toe for any concerning or changing lesions. 

These exams are an important part of maintaining your skin health and detecting skin cancers early. 

We applaud you for being proactive with your skin!

How to Prepare:

• Please come with a clean face without any product.
• Do not apply self tanning products before your appointment, as it can make certain lesions more difficult to evaluate.

During the Visit:

• You will be asked to undress to your level of comfort, ideally removing undergarments so Dr. Campbell can evaluate all areas of the skin.
• A medical gown will be provided for your comfort and privacy.

• If you have specific spots of concern, please point them out so we can ensure your concerns are discussed.

Is this covered by insurance?

• We are a direct-pay practice not contracted with any insurance companies. With our direct-pay model, you'll have access to direct and personalized care without the long wait times and short visits typically associated with traditional medical practices.
• For services that are typically covered by insurance, we are happy to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. Please note we charge a $25 administrative fee per superbill. If you have medicare, medical or medicaid, we are unable to provide a superbill.
